Buyer asks ChatGPT
"What is the best business English school for executives in Madrid?"
ChatGPT answers

For executive-level business English in Madrid, the most recommended options are EF Education First, Wall Street English, and International House Madrid. These offer flexible scheduling and proven C-suite track records.

Your brand: not in the answer

This is what your buyer sees today. We change what they see in 90 days.

How buyers actually find you inside an LLM.

From the prompt your buyer types to the answer their AI returns. Here's where citations are won and lost.

Stage 2

Stage 3

Stage 4
Answer reaches your buyer

Every step is measurable. Every step is optimisable. The score tells you where you stand. Implementation moves you up the chain.

The shift

Buyers don't Google anymore. They ask.

A third of your buying audience is already starting their research inside an LLM. If your brand isn't part of the answer, you're not in the consideration set and you won't know until your sales team starts losing deals to "what ChatGPT recommended".

Why CrawlerPal

We don't just measure visibility. We implement the fixes.

Plenty of tools will tell you where you're invisible in AI answers. Almost none will sit down with your team and fix it, in your language, in your category. CrawlerPal is the implementation layer that turns any GEO tool's findings into citations, in every market you sell in.

01

Tool-agnostic by design

Already paying for Profound, LLM Pulse, or Peec AI? Perfect. We work on top of what you have. No platform lock-in, no double subscription.

02

Citation pathway analysis

Buyers prompt in their language. LLMs fan out queries in English. Citations come from a mix. We trace the whole chain and tell you where to put your content.

03

Service-first, SaaS-second

Real humans do the optimisation work. Your own measurement tool reports it. Not the other way around.

04

Vertical implementation playbooks

Pre-built methodology for education, professional services, B2B SaaS, and specialty e-commerce. The fixes that actually move citations in your category.

Your buyers ask across all of these. We sample the four that carry the most of them.
How we compare

Pick the path that actually fits your team.

Most mid-market brands choose between three paths to AI search visibility. We're honest about which one is right for which team. Sometimes it's not us, and we'll tell you.

Run the numbers

What would this have to return to be worth it?

Two of your numbers. No forecast, no case-study maths, just the bar a Sprint has to clear before it pays for itself.

Average first contract, order, or enrolment. Lifetime value if you track it.

Visitors who become customers. Leave it at 2% if you are not sure.

To break even on a €5,000 Implementation Sprint
3

additional customers won through AI answer engines, over a year.

That is roughly 13 extra AI-referred visits a month at your conversion rate.

A break-even model, not a projection. We do not know your lift yet, and neither does anyone who tells you they do. What we can show you is the bar, so you can decide whether it is a reachable one.

How it works

From a free score to fixes actually shipped.

The score audit is free and takes minutes. Everything below is the Implementation Sprint, priced per market. Same shape every engagement, different inputs per client, vertical and market, and a deliverable your CMO can read on the train home.

01
Days 1 to 2

Scope and prompt design

We map your buyer journey to about 20 buyer-intent prompts, spread across four funnel stages, in the languages and markets you actually sell in. You approve the list before any sampling starts.

02
Days 2 to 4

Multi-LLM sampling

We run every prompt across four answer engines, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Overviews, three times each to dampen run-to-run variance. Around 240 sampled answers, read for citations, sources, sentiment and competitor share-of-voice.

03
Day 5

Your diagnosis and ranked plan

Findings, gaps, quick wins, and a 90-day plan ranked by effort and impact. An analyst reads every line before it reaches you. This is the diagnosis, and it is the first phase of the Sprint rather than a separate purchase.

04
Weeks 2 to 6

Implementation Sprint

Then we ship: content rewrites, citation outreach, schema and llms.txt. We measure progress against the baseline from day 5, in your own tool if you already have one.

Who it's for

If one of these sounds like you, we should talk.

CrawlerPal is opinionated about who we serve. We're not a fit for Fortune 500 procurement. We are a fit for marketing leaders, agency founders, and multi-market operators who want measurable AI visibility without a SaaS lock-in.

John
Global Marketing Director, Berlitz Global

We had twelve months of AI-visibility data sitting in Profound. What we didn't have was anyone turning it into shipped changes on the site.

The fixWe turn Berlitz's accumulated Profound data into shipped citations, starting with one deep market: llms.txt, schema, and commercial-page content built around the prompts buyers actually ask.

The resultImplementation in progress, citation-lift figures to be published as the POC completes.

Domingo
National Marketing Director, Berlitz Canada

Our English and French markets tell completely different AI-visibility stories, and I couldn't see which one needed the work first.

The fixA market audit across Canada's EN and FR markets, then a quick-win implementation pass on the highest-intent prompts where competitors were cited and Berlitz wasn't.

The resultFirst quick-win fixes shipping, lift measured in Berlitz's existing tool.

Ian
General Manager, West Ham Football Academy

Families are asking AI assistants which academy to choose, and we had no idea whether we even came up.

The fixA diagnosis of how the academy shows up across AI answer engines, then an implementation pass on the pages and structured data that drive those recommendations.

The resultDiagnosis delivered, implementation roadmap agreed; results to follow.

Verticals we know cold

Domain-specific playbooks, not generic templates.

Each vertical comes with its own prompt library, competitor map, citation source list, and content patterns. Built from real engagements, refined market by market.

Education and Training

Language schools, vocational training, and EdTech. High-research buying journeys, multi-market, premium AOV.

Professional Services

Legal, accounting, and consulting. Trust-driven buying journeys where source citations carry real weight.

B2B SaaS

Mid-market software. Comparison queries and category-defining prompts are the prize. We optimise for both.

Specialty e-commerce

DTC and niche brands. Recommendation prompts where generative AI is rapidly replacing review aggregators.

Healthcare

Clinics, private practices, and health services. Trust-critical journeys where citation accuracy and credibility signals decide referrals.

Fintech

Neobanks, payments, and business accounts. High-comparison prompts where AI answers increasingly decide which provider gets shortlisted.

What exactly is GEO, and how is it different from SEO?

GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) is the practice of getting your brand cited, retrieved, and recommended inside the answers that large language models generate. SEO optimises for blue links in a search results page. GEO optimises for what shows up inside the AI response itself.

The signals are different: structured data, llms.txt, off-site citations, retrievable source content, and consistent entity references. The success metrics are different: citation rate, share-of-voice in answers, and inclusion in recommendation prompts. The cadence is different: LLMs update their training data and retrieval indexes on their own schedule. SEO and GEO are complementary disciplines, not substitutes.

Read the full guide: GEO vs SEO →

Will you guarantee that my brand gets cited or ranked?

No, and we are suspicious of anyone who does. LLMs are non-deterministic by design. The same prompt can return slightly different answers minutes apart, and the providers update their models and retrieval pipelines constantly.

What we guarantee is methodology: measurable baselines, ranked optimisations, scheduled re-sampling, and transparent reporting on what moved and what did not. Your score audit is free, so you can judge the fit before spending anything, and if we take on a Sprint and cannot show you at least 10 high-impact actions ranked by effort and impact, we refund it in full.

What ROI should we expect from this?

We will not hand you another brand's percentage. Citation lift compounds very differently by category, market, and starting position, and a number pulled from someone else's audit tells you close to nothing about yours. We are a young company and we would rather say that than invent a case study.

What we can show you is the bar. Take what one customer is worth to you and divide the Sprint fee by it: that is how many additional AI-sourced customers the work has to win before it has paid for itself. For most of the brands we talk to it lands somewhere between three and a few dozen over a year. The calculator in the pricing section does the arithmetic on your numbers.

Then we make it measurable. The Sprint opens with a diagnostic that establishes a baseline across the prompts your buyers actually ask, we re-sample after the fixes ship, and the delta is reported in your own tool rather than a dashboard we control. First citation movements typically appear within 30 to 60 days, material share-of-voice gains in 90 to 180. If the number does not move, you will see that too.

Why not just buy Profound or LLM Pulse and run this myself?

You should consider it, honestly. Tools like Profound, LLM Pulse, Peec AI, and Yext Scout are excellent at surfacing where you're invisible. We work on top of them all the time. If you have a marketing ops team with capacity to interpret the data, build the content systems, ship structured data across your CMS, run citation outreach, and re-test monthly, those tools are probably enough.

Where we earn our fee is the implementation gap. Most mid-market teams can see what a tool tells them. Very few have the people-hours, technical depth, or vertical knowledge to actually execute on it. We are the team that does. Bring your own tool, or use ours. The work happens either way.

Which AI engines do you actually sample?

By default we sample four: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Google AI Overviews. That is the deliberate scope of a Sprint diagnostic, chosen because they carry the most buyer traffic and because we sample them properly rather than thinly. We add engines as they reach meaningful buyer adoption. We can also sample regional engines (You.com, Manus, and others) on request, with no extra fee for the first two added.

How many languages and markets do you cover?

We support native sampling in 14 languages today, with several more in pilot. Every prompt is run in the language your buyer actually types, not translated from English. Markets are scoped per engagement so you only pay for the geographies that matter to your pipeline.

What is llms.txt and why does it matter?

llms.txt is an emerging standard that tells large language models which content on your site is canonical, how to interpret it, and which sections to prioritise during retrieval. Think of it as robots.txt for the AI era. We ship a tested llms.txt and matching structured-data schema as part of every audit, and we keep it updated through retainer cycles.

What do I get for free?

A full agency-grade GEO audit, free: visibility score with grade, technical foundations checklist (llms.txt, schema, AI-crawler access, EEAT signals), competitor benchmark across 3 to 5 named competitors and 4 engines, prompt-level findings on 20 buyer-intent prompts, engine-by-engine breakdown with example response excerpts, and a 30 / 60 / 90-day implementation roadmap of 18 to 25 categorised items ranked by effort and impact.

You also get a 30-minute walkthrough with your delivery lead and a recorded version your team can rewatch. The audit document is yours to keep, with or without us. If your team has the bandwidth to ship the roadmap, ship it. If not, that is what the Implementation Sprint exists for.

How often do you re-sample prompts on a retainer?

Monthly by default, with the option of weekly re-sampling on key competitive prompts. Each cycle includes a delta report showing what moved up, what moved down, and which competitor actions explain the change. You see the lift between cycles, not just a snapshot.

Do you replace our existing SEO agency, or work alongside?

Alongside, in most cases. CrawlerPal is designed to run in parallel with an established SEO partner, we handle the AI search layer while they keep optimising for traditional rankings. We collaborate on shared assets such as schema, structured content, and citation strategy that benefit both surfaces.

If you do not have that partner, or you need work that sits outside AI search entirely (brand, design, paid media, web builds), our partner agency Magic Pulpo covers it. Same people, wider remit. Ask us and we will introduce you.

How long until we see measurable lift?

First citation movements typically appear within 30 to 60 days of shipping foundational fixes (llms.txt, schema, content rewrites). Material share-of-voice gains usually take 90 to 180 days, depending on how competitive your category is and how quickly you can act on the roadmap.

Do you write content, or only strategy?

Both. Our retainer team writes and ships content in your voice: comparison pages, glossary pages, expert articles, and structured FAQs tuned for AI retrieval. We can also brief your in-house writers or your existing content agency if you prefer to keep production internal.

How is pricing structured?

Three steps. The AI Visibility Score Audit is free and gives you an instant directional score. The Implementation Sprint is a fixed one-time fee priced per market, from €6,500 for a single market, €10,500 for two and €14,500 for three, and it covers the full diagnostic and ships the fixes it surfaces. Retainers start at €2,500 per month for a single market and €4,000 for multi-market, scaling with markets and content volume.

There are no setup fees, no platform license, and no per-seat pricing. We work on top of whatever GEO tool you already use, so there is no double tooling cost either. You can cancel a retainer at the end of any quarter.

What if our brand has almost no AI presence today?

That is the most common starting point. We have a specific playbook for low-baseline brands that focuses on foundational signals first (llms.txt, schema, citation seeds, canonical content) and then layers competitive optimisation on top. The first 60 days typically produce the largest relative gains.

How do you handle data privacy and GDPR?

GDPR-compliant by default. We process minimal personal data, document our sub-processors openly, and offer a signed DPA on request. Sampling and analytics data can be hosted in the region of your choice. We do not train models on your content, and we do not share data across client accounts.

Do you offer a partner or white-label program for agencies?

Yes. The partner program includes white-label-ready dashboards, co-branded deliverables, training and certification for your team, deal registration, and a 20 to 30% revenue share depending on tier. Most partners launch a GEO service offer within six weeks of joining.
