Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of CrawlerPal, operated by Magic Pulpo Kft. By using the Instant Visibility Check, requesting a Snapshot, booking a consultation, or engaging an Implementation Sprint, you agree to them.

1. The service

CrawlerPal helps brands measure and improve their visibility in AI answer engines. It is offered as:

• Instant Visibility Check, a free, automated, directional score based on a short intake. It is an estimate, not a measurement, and is not based on live engine sampling.
• Free Snapshot, a free, human-delivered GEO audit.
• Consultation, a booked call to scope your situation and the path to a full audit.
• Implementation Sprint & retainer, paid engagements that ship the fixes an audit surfaces.

2. Booking & scheduling

When you book a consultation, we create a calendar event and a video-meeting link and email you a confirmation. Availability is indicative and a slot is confirmed once you receive that confirmation. You can reschedule or cancel by replying to the confirmation or emailing us.

3. No guarantee of results

AI answer engines are third-party systems we do not control, and their outputs are non-deterministic. We do not guarantee any specific visibility, citation, ranking, or commercial outcome. The Instant Visibility Check in particular is directional and is not based on live engine sampling.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and only submit a brand/website you are authorised to represent.
• Don’t misuse the service, no scraping, reverse-engineering, attempts to manipulate the scoring, or automated abuse.
• Don’t submit unlawful content or anyone else’s confidential data without permission.

5. Intellectual property

CrawlerPal’s software, methodology, and report templates remain ours. The audit deliverable we produce for you is yours to keep and use, with or without us. You retain ownership of the inputs you provide.

6. Paid engagements

Scope, fees, and timelines for an Implementation Sprint or retainer are set out in a separate written proposal or order. Those terms prevail over these where they conflict, for that engagement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CrawlerPal and Magic Pulpo Kft. are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for the free tiers is limited accordingly. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Privacy, cookies & analytics

Our handling of personal data, including the cookies and third-party analytics we use only with your consent, is described in the Privacy Policy and GDPR page.

9. Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be dated above. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Magic Pulpo Kft.’s place of establishment, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
